We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where research-use eligibility cannot be reasonably established.
5. Payment
No payment is collected on this Site. After your order request is received, MPGA Labs will contact you to arrange payment through an approved method. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping
Products are fulfilled typically within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. See Shipping & Returns for details.

3. Storage on Arrival
Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable for shipping. On receipt, store per the guidance in our Protocols section (generally -20°C for long-term storage).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@mpgalabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will work with you to replace the affected items or resolve the issue.
5. Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis; contact us before returning anything.
